Because consulting services involve time allocation, expertise, and resource commitment, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for consulting fees under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Service Rescheduling
Where applicable, consulting sessions may be rescheduled subject to prior notice and availability. Rescheduling does not create any refund entitlement.
Cancellations
If you cancel a consulting service after payment, no refund will be issued.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases at the sole discretion of Eightfin Group Limited, and any decision made shall be final.
Payment Disputes
Any chargeback or payment dispute must first be communicated directly with us. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of future services.
